The Firm

Legal advice shaped by the client’s objectives: structuring transactions, protecting assets, managing institutional relations and addressing disputes.

The Client and the Decision

Before recommending an acquisition, legal proceedings or a change in how assets are held, we need to understand what the client wants to achieve. We discuss the options, their costs and risks, and what each would take to implement. That conversation shapes the engagement and continues throughout our work.

Transactions from Structure to Execution

Acquisitions, investments, reorganizations and real estate projects combine economic interests and legal decisions. We examine a transaction’s structure, documents and liabilities to inform negotiations on pricing, conditions, warranties and responsibilities. Contracts, governance and regulatory requirements are considered together, with attention to closing and the commitments that continue afterward.

Prevention, Settlement and Litigation

Addressing a conflict starts with the facts, documents and interests that need to be preserved. Clear clauses, appropriate records and negotiations can reduce uncertainty before a dispute arises. Once it does, we assess settlement, mediation, arbitration and judicial or administrative measures against the legal position, evidence, urgency and effects on the client. Our work covers both defending rights and documenting and implementing agreements.

Business, Regulation and Institutional Relations

We advise businesses on regulation, licensing and environmental obligations, including the assessment of investments and real estate transactions. For contracts and partnerships with the State, our work runs from reviewing participation requirements to contractual performance and disputes. Institutional representation follows legally established channels and the firm’s integrity standards.

Complementary Experience

Our lawyers have experience in corporate transactions, capital markets, investments, technology, real estate and disputes. Alongside practice at business law firms, their backgrounds include founding and managing businesses and organizational governance. They understand the responsibilities of those who enter into contracts, invest and manage, and the difficulties that can arise after a decision.

Clarity in the Professional Relationship

We agree the scope of the engagement, responsibilities and reporting arrangements with the client. Throughout our work, we explain the next steps and communicate decisions and material developments, subject to professional confidentiality. Before accepting an engagement, we check for professional restrictions and conflicts of interest.
